Copper Point is made from pure copper (99.9%) wire. Available in two widths, the wide point (2 mm diameter) is shaped on both ends, a cone on one end and a bevel on the other end. The thin point (0.9 mm) is shaped to a cone only on one end. All points measure 5 cm (2 inches) in length.
Copper does not react with water but it does slowly react with atmospheric oxygen to form a layer of brown-black copper oxide.
