Tavush Green is a low-tinting strength and transparent, warm green earth from natural glauconite deposits in the Tavush province of Armenia. This green earth is ground in alkali-refined linseed oil without additives to change the effect of the pigment and oil mixture. As a result, the paint is short and fine-grained due to the nature of the pigment.
