Rublev Colours Genuine Orpiment Artist Oil is an opaque yellow with very good tinting strength, brushes "long" in the direction of the brush stroke, and is medium to large-grained. Our orpiment is from natural mineral deposits in Asia, which is said to be more permanent and lightfast than the artificial yellow arsenic sulfide, known as King's Yellow.
