6-inch straight blade for the Industrial Hot Knife. The thick, ultra rigid 6" Blade is the standard blade that comes with the Industrial Knife. When cutting at high heat settings, try to keep the entire blade embedded in the foam to prevent the end from warping.
035I-F 12-Inch Shapeable Flat Wires
These 12-Inch long, by 3/16-Inch wide hand-shapeable wires are for freehand cutting with the Industrial Hot Knife. They are the best blades for making shaped slices in foam. To mount, insert the ends so they bottom out in the wire/blade mounting slots, and firmly tighten the bolts. Set of two (2) wires.
035I-R 12-Inch Shapeable Round Wires
These 12-Inch long, hand-shapeable wires for the Industrial Hot Knife are the best wires for creative cutting and scooping out large chunks of foam. To mount, insert the ends so they bottom out in the blade/wire-mounting slots, and firmly tighten the bolts. Can also be mounted on the Sled. Set of four (4) wires.
CAUTION: Never let the wire cross itself, as this will cause overheating and create a short circuit.
