Cosmic Shimmer Twinkles
Cosmic Twinkles are a sparkling glitter glue with a high glitter content suitable for use in all papercraft projects. Perfect for embellishing paper, card, fabric stamps and many more craft projects. The pointed nozzle can be cut at different places for a fine or broader effect. Use the cap provided to prevent drying out. Water based, so cleans with warm soapy water.
