Hooray for spring! In the April issue, we present an amazing collection of exclusive and original parchment designs, all submitted by your favourite designers. As per usual, it's been another busy month here at PC HQ, the whole team has been working round the clock to produce another chock-a-block issue and over the following pages, there are lots of fantastic designs for you. I have a feeling that you are going to love Roselyne Rivierre's brilliant Easter themed card which as you can see is also my favourite. As always, there's a fantastic collection of card designs. They all promote the many techniques within the craft and the patterns can be adapted to suit the ability to which you work at and for the occasion for which they are required.
