Bring a touch of Italian elegance to your creative endeavors with our exquisite Stone 5-1/4"D X 3-1/2"H White Alabaster Cylinder, imported directly from the artisanal heart of Italy. Renowned for their superior quality, these cylinders have been a staple in European art schools, favored by students and masters alike for their unique translucency and exceptional workability. By reducing the bulk geometric form into round carving cylinders, the creative process is accelerated, allowing artists to unleash their full potential.

Beyond their educational applications, these cylinders also lend themselves perfectly to stone turning on a wood lathe, enabling the creation of breathtaking translucent bowls that showcase the beauty of the alabaster. Each cylinder boasts a unique character, with subtle variations in its white opaque and translucent white veined patterns, ensuring that every piece is truly one-of-a-kind.

With an approximate weight of 8lbs and dimensions of 5-1/4" in diameter and 3-1/4" to 4" in height, these cylinders are substantial yet manageable, making them an ideal choice for artists and hobbyists of all skill levels. As with all natural materials, the beauty of these cylinders lies in their individuality, with Mother Nature imbuing each piece with its unique fingerprint.

Rather than striving for uniformity, our Stone brand celebrates the inherent variations that make each cylinder a masterpiece in its own right. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just starting your creative journey, our White Alabaster Cylinder is sure to inspire and delight. As we believe, there's no such thing as a "bad" stone - only an unrealized sculpture waiting to be discovered.

By embracing the unique characteristics of each cylinder, you'll unlock a world of creative possibilities, limited only by your imagination.
