These outliners are used for outlining letters, scroll work, and applicable sign work. The series 838/839 is suitable for most surfaces. It has a round ferrule and graduate hair lengths. This brush features a plain varnished handle, nickel ferrule, and black synthetic goat mis. The hair is very strong but does not hold as much paint as our series 839 outliner.
