The Vytaflex Series urethanes work especially well for casting pigmented or colored concrete, as they render accurate and uniform colored castings. To ensure a smooth demolding process, apply a release agent specifically designed for mold making, such as Universal Mold Release. For surfaces that require sealing, use a sealer like SuperSeal or One Step to prevent adhesion.



When mixing and pouring the Vytaflex urethane, use a clean and well-ventilated area, and mix thoroughly to minimize air bubbles. Pour the mixture in a single spot, allowing it to flow and level off evenly. After a minimum of 16 hours of curing at room temperature, your rubber is ready to use. For enhanced performance, consider post-curing the rubber by heating it to 150°F (65°C) for 4 to 8 hours.
