The body of the Rooster Hackle feathers are usually no wider than 1/2" and are soft and flexible, with very little fluff near the quill.
These Feathers are thin and wispy (almost see through) thin, and pointed at the tip.
This style of feather identified as badger is naturally creamy white around the edges with a strip of black color running through the center from the quill to the tip of the feather.
